Rebecca holds an Undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Teaching, Primary. Rebecca has over 20 years experience working in the health and community services sector both for Government and Privately run organisations, including 15 years of direct support for people presenting a range of concerning and complex behaviours.
Rebecca is trained in the Institute of Applied Behaviour Analysis (IABA) model as well as Positive Practice Frameworks and Positive Behaviour Support based programs. Rebecca’s extensive knowledge and experience supporting clients with disabilities and additional needs provides an individualised approach to behaviour support and achieving identified behaviour modification goals.
