Administration & Systems guru
We’re looking for an experienced Administration & Systems Guru to join our team and help keep our clinic running smoothly, efficiently and with purpose.
This part-time role (3 days per week) is ideal for someone with a background in health or allied health who understands the pace, complexity and importance of high-quality client care. You’ll bring experience using Practice Management Software and a strong working knowledge of funding models (including NDIS and Medicare), which support accurate billing, scheduling, and service delivery.
You thrive on systems. From managing workflows across platforms like Trello and Microsoft Teams to streamlining processes and improving team communication, you’re the person who sees how everything connects and makes it work better.
With a solid understanding of revenue cycles and clinical caseload management, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the administrative and clinical teams to operate at their best.
